Who we are

FaithHub ("we", "us") is operated by Ridtche Augustin. By using FaithHub you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Payment processor

All payments on FaithHub are processed by Stripe, Inc. as our payment processor. Stripe handles the transaction, tax calculation and collection where applicable, receipts, and refunds on our behalf. Your payment agreement for the transaction is with Stripe; your agreement for use of the service is with us.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or use FaithHub in a way that violates any applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may use FaithHub only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

use FaithHub for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, hateful, or harmful purpose;
send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications through any part of the service;
infringe intellectual-property rights, including copying, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of FaithHub;
probe, scan, test, or attack the security of the service, introduce malware, or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls;
use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data except as expressly allowed;
impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
upload or share content that is illegal, sexually explicit, violent, or promotes illegal conduct.

We may suspend or terminate access, in whole or in part, for any material breach of these rules, repeated violations, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or if required by law.

AI content policy

The AI Bible Companion generates responses based on models and Scripture prompts. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, how you use the outputs, and for verifying any AI-generated content against Scripture and trusted teachers.

Do not use the AI to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, sexually explicit, or hateful content.
Do not attempt to "jailbreak" the models or use them for purposes outside Bible study, prayer support, and spiritual encouragement.
AI outputs may be incomplete or occasionally inaccurate and are not a substitute for pastoral, medical, legal, or professional advice.
You retain any rights you have in your prompts. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or the model outputs.
We reserve the right to filter, refuse, or remove prompts or outputs that violate this policy and to suspend accounts for repeated misuse.

If you believe AI output infringes your rights, contact us at the address below and we will investigate and remove infringing content where appropriate.

Intellectual property

FaithHub, its logo, and its original content are owned by us. Scripture quotations are used under the applicable public-domain or licensed terms of each translation. You retain ownership of anything you submit (bookmarks, prayers, notes); by submitting content you grant us a limited license to store and display it back to you as part of the service.

Supporter gifts

Supporter gifts are one-time payments. They are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew. Perks are granted while a non-refunded gift is on record. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to FaithHub, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or if we're required to by law. You may stop using FaithHub at any time by signing out or deleting your account.

Disclaimer

FaithHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
